Inner Listening: A Somatic Restorative Practice
2:30 PM – 4:30 PM | 120 minutes | All Levels Welcome
Inner Listening is a monthly restorative practice offering a calm, supportive space to slow down and turn inward.
Through supported restorative shapes, minimal movement, and gentle, intentional breathing, the practice invites you to notice your internal experience and allow the body time to settle. The pace is unhurried, with an emphasis on comfort, choice, and listening to what your body needs in the moment.
Guidance is offered using trauma-informed, invitational language. Options are available throughout, making the practice accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
The session includes herbal tea on arrival, all props and resources, and a short gratitude reflection to close.
You are invited to leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
Cost: $40 per person
(Includes a $5 contribution to the centre.)
