WEEK 1
TUESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER:
Potions for Emotions
An empowering day where the children create their own unique 'potions' using wonderful pure aromatherapy oils. The children are organically drawn to what they need - whether it be for sleep, bravery, peace of mind, concentration, or calmness. Created in a Roller Bottle or spray this personal blend can travel with you everywhere you go!
Anxiety and Overcoming Problems
Our mental wellness theme throughout the day is YOU CAN overcome anything!! This educational workshop aims to simply explain anxiety and demonstrate how we humans react to stress and anxiety. This is a very practical workshop for the children to learn to be the master of their anxiety and not their anxiety being their master! Facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.
Postcards from the Edge
Creative storytelling-this is a great workshop where the children join our virtual log around the fire to share their original folk tales. This workshop teaches the kids some creative writing secrets (secretly great for public speaking and creative writing).
WEDNESDAY 1ST OCTOBER:
An ART, MUSIC and DRAMA day with many mental wellness themes covered in a unique and thoughtful approach. Facilitated by Rachael from Alchemy of Arts. Many ART MEDIUMS, improv drama and your chance to be our DJ!
A Talk on Bullies
Our mental wellness theme for the day is Bullies! A MUST DO verbally interactive workshop with child Counsellor Nicole Neave. This workshop gives the kids the opportunity to speak up about bullying (and share stories if they feel comfortable) and learn the best ways to deal with a bully!
Dance Mania
A disco and music experience with lots of games and prizes!
THURSDAY 2ND OCTOBER:
HORROR DAY
HORROR face painting with Michelle from VersaTile
Horror craft and Horror Art
Invent your own HORROR character for photo booth snaps!
We have the COSTUMES
On stage drama fun/write our own collective HORROR STORY (this is secretly great for creative writing and public speaking)
Our mental wellness theme for the day is FACING YOUR FEARS - What are your fears and how we can help you?
This workshop focuses on showing the kids how brave they have already been throughout their lives and how being brave is doing something while you are still afraid.
Every day, we also have outdoor play, an open art and craft station, and access to all costumes and stage.
WEEK 2:
TUESDAY 7TH OCTOBER:
Zen Gardens
This is a chance for the creative and nurturing side of your child to shine! These mini gardens with crystal shells and pebbles will prove to be a real blast!
Calmness Workshop
Our mental wellness theme is CALMNESS - we will be teaching meditation/breathing and Yoga to relax the mind in a unique way as to engage the children and make them feel successful and motivated by giving them an understanding that practice makes perfect. ALSO, for every child to set their own goals to accomplish by the end of the year.
Pouring Paints Art Workshop
This Art Kart will provide the kids with an opportunity to be creative with pouring paints fluid art! This involves mixing colours and pouring them onto art mediums making unique art projects.

GIRL EMPOWERMENT COLLECTIVE!!
(Our IMMERSION days are our NEW offering! Full day same theme...this one is JUST FOR THE GIRLS)

Sound Therapy Session
Cynthia from GODDESS MOON HOLISTIC MEDICINE will run a guided empowerment meditation and soothing sound therapy session that alleviates stress, elevates your mood and promotes healing in the body. This workshop will see the children experience crystal singing bowls and Tibetan chimes.
Friends Talk
Our mental wellness theme for this day is FRIENDS - How to MAKE FRIENDS, KEEP FRIENDS and know how and when to DUMP FRIENDS. Making the right choices regarding friends can make or break your child’s social and school life! This is an interactive wonderful workshop for any child. Facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.
Self esteem
Being yourself IS your strength! It doesn’t matter where your child comes from, how clever they are, or how good their physical health is-if they don’t have good SELF ESTEEM it affects their whole outlook in life. This workshop is facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.
Mini Heart Stress Pillow or Teddy
The GIRLS will get to make their very own mini heart stress pillows or teddies that they can squeeze when they feel stressed!

Our mental wellness theme throughout the day is SELF ESTEEM - Learn how to be your AUTHENTIC SELF - Our differences ARE OUR STRENGTHS! Authenticity and being who you are at your core can help you create a more streamlined expectation of yourself and being aware of your strengths and weaknesses. Facilitated by Counsellor Nicole Neave.
