To help families navigate the upcoming change Dr. Peta-Ann Teague and Social Worker Amie Coop have joined forces to offer guidance and insight as many young people enter a new stage in their development. The session will cover the physical and emotional changes associated with puberty, providing practical advice to help parents support their children through this important transition. We encourage all parents (and young teens) to attend and gain valuable insights to foster open communication and confidence during this significant developmental period.
