Yes, really.We wish to develop leaders, not just within Rotary, but withing business and the community. And so, we are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a leadership course facilitated by Shirley McKinnon, Leadership Coach and International author.
Because we understand you’re busy, it has been divided into 90-minute weekly sessions for 4 weeks.
This practical course will increase your self-awareness on the differences between you and others and how to manage your communication to impact positively on the other person.
You will learn not just how to create your vision, but how to articulate it in way to get total buy-in and get people 100% committed.
