The Centenary Archers Club is a volunteer run archery club that has been teaching archery for over 40 years.
Archery as a sport is an extremely safe & family friendly activity suitable for people of most ages (10yo+) with a range of abilities.
The purpose of the class is introducing people to the sport & is a prerequisite for joining a Target Archery club.
Classes are restricted to 20 people & runs for 3+ hours on select Saturday mornings.
We will cover:
- safety and archery etiquette
- basics of archery
- types of archery bows
- expert advice on how to improve your archery skills
- and of course, you will get to shooting lots & lots of arrows
After the course is over, you're also welcome to continue shooting with us for the rest of the day.
