Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Leavers Green Team for Leavers 2025.  
 

REGISTRATIONS OPEN FROM MONDAY 15 SEPTEMBER - SUNDAY 9 NOVEMBER

Registrations may close earlier if capacity is reached

Please note you must be 18 years or older to proceed with this registration.

Leavers Green Team is a ministry of Baptist Churches of Western Australia and a proud partner of the WA Police. Green Team is responsible for distribution of the Leaver's wristbands for access to the Entertainment Zone which caters to over 9,000 Leavers each night. Green Team will be responsible for entertaining and interacting with the Leavers as they line up, Checking IDs to ensure that only genuine leavers can purchase wristbands and Sale of wristbands. We will be operating over 2 days out of Busselton, 5 days out of Dunsborough and 1 day out of Vasse.

Green Team Volunteers that are wanting to stay for the whole week will have opportunities to serve the Leavers in other areas throughout the week.

This is a great opportunity to let your light shine and show God's love.

We are planning on taking 30 volunteers from our local Baptist Churches, local community and all over WA!

Registration Fee:

3-Day Wirstband Sign Up

• Saturday through to Monday Night/ Tuesday Morning.
• Price: $100.00

5 Day Wristbands & Engagement Sign Up

• $130.00 early bird prior to 30 September 2025
• $140.00 standard price post 30 Sepember 2025

ONLY Credit card payments will be accepted.

The registration fee includes the following:

• Accommodation

• Food (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

• Green Team Uniform (If you already have a current uniform and do not want a new one, please select the no GT clothing ticket)

• Induction session to prepare you for your volunteer experience (for those assisting with engagement)

• Police Clearance
