- Chicken satay skewers with rice, satay sauce and coriander
- Arancini balls filled with pancetta and mozzarella, set over a toasted tomato and capsicum coulis, finished with basil oil

- Steak cooked medium with roasted garlic chat potatoes, broccolini port and pepper jus
- Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with sweet potato mash, braised greens creamy mushroom and white wine sauce
Dessert
-Apple and rhubarb crumble with ice cream
