While 7-star energy efficiency has taken centre stage, NCC 2022 represents the biggest change to construction requirements since the BCA was introduced to WA in 1989 – even the formatting has changed. Join ACA WA and the HIA's Aaron Sice, who will take you through the major changes that affect everything from bricks to beams to balconies. Book now for this comprehensive 3 hour CPD session.
This seminar will cover:
- A primary focus on Volume 2 (Class 1-10 buildings), with common changes to Volume 1.
- Revised construction standards, including the Housing Provisions
- Structural provisions
- Water- and weather-proofing
- Masonry and cladding
- Condensation provisions
- Energy efficiency / Whole of home
- WA State Variations
All architects, designers, drafties, site supervisors and anyone involved in documentation are also strongly encouraged to attend.
