Step into the sacred as we gather in circle to honour the Solar Eclipse and Spring Equinox, a potent time to pause, plant seeds, and awaken the light within.We begin in circle, sharing ceremonial cacao, intentions & to witness each other. We'll then move into the following:

✨ Somatic Movement
✨ Sound Bath
✨ Vocal Toning Activations
✨ Visualizations to Align with Spring’s Awakening Energy
This sacred gathering offers a gentle bridge from winter’s stillness into spring’s renewal. A chance to fill your cup, realign with your authentic self, and reconnect with clarity, vitality, and possibility, all to nurture your well-being. Think of it as soulful brunch-time for your spirit, a cozy, heart-opening space to gather, share, and connect.
All are welcome.
What to bring:
- yoga mat (if you prefer your own)
- blanket to stay cozy
- pillow or bolster
- journal and pen
- water bottle
