Spring has well and truly sprung! Let's shake off the cobwebs of winter and come together for this community event to tune up our energy in time for the spring equinox!
We'll begin with gentle yoga to awaken through our body and then move into some ecstatic dance.
From there, release stagnant energy and obstacles and bring in clarity and a sense of inner renewal with kundalini bioenergetic breathwork - a combination of yogic pranayama and kundalini kriyas.
Then relax to a sound bath with 432hz crystal quartz singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, rainstick, percussion and more!
You'll leave feeling uplifted, energised and clearer!
