Alive and At Ease is a unique class weaving Therapeutic Tremoring, breath, and vocal activation. Guided by Zoe Everest — Vocal coach, Musician, and Shaking Medicine practitioner — these sessions marry movement with sound to gently stimulate the vagus nerve, bringing the body into its parasympathetic state where safety, healing, restoration, and self-connection can unfold.Through accessing the body's natural primal tremor response, connecting the breath and releasing the voice, you’ll release tension, regulate your nervous system, unblock self-expression, and reconnect with presence, aliveness, and peace.
