We are so excited 🙌 to start up our Work Experience Program again! And this time it’s bigger and better than ever!Neurodivergent Friendly 🙌
Cost is $50/week (This link is for weekly bookings)
Recommended for 12-15 yr olds Thursdays 10-2pm drop off, however you’re more than welcome 🤗 to stay/chill/do work at our tea 🫖 and coffee ☕️ station if your child needs you here
Our Learning Objectives are:
1. Understand the importance of animal welfare and care
2. Develop practical skills in animal handling and care
3. Learn about different types of animals and their needs, including administering basic first aid
4. Understand the role of a rescue farm in animal welfare
5. Develop journal writing, teamwork and communication skills
6. Cultivate empathy and compassion for animals in need and their stories that bought them here
7. Develop Events Management Skills - Create a fundraising event to raise money for our animals
