Rustic gluten-free bread, rolls and pizza
I also love savoury tarts and pizze. They are so versatile and can be prepared in advance, making an easy, yet tasty, lunch or dinner.
We will make yeast doughs for a rustic loaf with seeds, as well as bread rolls, using my own gluten-free bread flour blend. We will then also roll out dough into thin pizza bases. While gluten-free dough is often considered to be ‘impossible’ to handle, I will provide you with lots of handy tips on how to make it ‘possible’ and the confidence to make delicious gluten-free bread and pizza at home.
PLEASE, NOTE: this class is also nut-free and FODMAP-friendly, and the pizza can be made dairy-free/vegan.

Cost and inclusions
$160 per particpant plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 - 4 1/2 hours. You take home what you make, as well as the recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, cheese, vegies, fruit and bread) will be offered at the end of the class.
