About
Hunter Brown has been underscoring and musically leading improv shows across the world for over a decade. Since being brought on board as muso for improv musical, “Baby Wants Candy” while living in Florida, he began performing across the USA at celebrated comedy theaters like UCB (NYC & LA), iO Chicago, Second City, ComedySportz, The Annoyance, The Magnet Theater & many more. Since leaving America, music improv has taken him through multiple Fringe seasons in Adelaide, AUS & Edinburgh, Scotland. Now settled in Adelaide, SA, Hunter regularly teaches sold out workshops to the SA community, and is excited to return to Melbourne for the first time in 3 years!In this 3hr workshop, we’ll be going over all of the basics for a successful music improv performer. Stage presence, building your emotional/physical commitment, song structure, utilizing musical tropes, how to build rhymes & even light choreo too!
