About
Do you dream of growing edible plants at home but don’t know where to start?Join us at the Monty Hub for a series of hands-on workshops for novice and not-so-new gardeners led by local permaculture enthusiast Jordy Youngman.
Build mini wicking beds and worm towers, learn about soils, seeds and seedlings, visit local and community gardens and give growing a go!
You'll also be able to get a copy of the fantastic, newly published Banyule Kitchen Garden Diary to support and document your growing journey.
Cooking/preserving and sharing workshops to use your produce will follow in 2026.
Tickets available for single sessions ($12-$15), in a package of five ($60-$70) online or in person from the Hub.
