The Bundeena Progress Association is delighted to present “Welcome To Babel”, which follows Chinese-Australian artist, and Bundeena local, Jiawei Shen's plans to create an epic work depicting his homeland's tumultuous recent history. This documentary puts an intimate and human face to internationally acclaimed local artist Jaiwei’s and his wife, fellow artist Lan Wang, story, as well as their generation in China. This documentary asks whether the present can learn from the past. The film runs for 1h 40m and will be followed by Q&A with Jaiwei. Visit the film's website: https://www.welcometobabel.comDate
