Gluten-free German tarts
I will show you how to make fabulous pastry - you wouldn't even know that it is gluten-free! I will also give you lots of tips how to handle pastry - it is a lot easier thank you think! And then we will make some of my favourite tarts. These may include a pear tart with a lemon myrtle-infused custard and scrumptious butter crumble, plum, apricot, morello cherry, rhubarb or berry tarts, or German baked cheese cake with berries. So yummy!
The class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. I also keep the classes small (with a maximum of 6 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience.

COST and inclusions
$160 per participant plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 - 4 1/2 hours. You take home one of each cake that you make, as well as the recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, cheese, vegies, fruit and delicious home-made gluten-free bread) will be offered at the end of the class.

While many specific dietary needs can be addressed by adjusting recipes somewhat, this may not always be feasible and will not be possible on the day. A refund will not be available for a failure to communicate any specific dietary requirement(s) that may then lead to an inability to participate in the class.
