Join us for our Fastbreak FUNdamentals Sessions in Term 4, 2025. The 8 session term will run from 5-6pm on Mondays from October 20 to December 8 at The Baller Factory.Limited to a maximum of 10 participants, Fastbreak FUNdamentals is a skills program for players already playing that provides the theory, knowledge & skills that all players need to better understand and play the game of basketball in a fun environment.
The program covers the following components of the game:
• Footwork
• Pivoting
• Passing
• Dribbling
• Shooting
• Defence
• Offence
• Skills consolidation
Players will learn basketball skills theory, be given drills to practice, and then finally the skills will be combined with practices to build the players game knowledge leading to a more confident player with a stronger foundation of the fundamental skills of basketball.
Please bring -
A reversible playing top if possible
A pumped basketball with your name on it
A drink bottle
A positive
