Kristy is a Remedial Therapist, Natural Health Advocate, and Experienced Sound Therapy Facilitator who has been sharing the gift of sound healing with the community for years. She brings both professional expertise and heart-led guidance to her workshops. Through countless gatherings across the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens, Kristy has guided many people into the transformative effects of sound, creating welcoming spaces where every person can feel held, supported, and deeply restored
