ENTRÉE COURSE

Individual Italian grazing Antipasto Plate
of cured meats, marinated vegetables, rock melon and cheese (GF) cured meats, marinated vegetables, rock melon and cheese (GF)

PASTA COURSE

• Lasagna layered with veal & pork in a slow braised osso buco sauce and parmesan
• Rigatoni with broccoli, baby spinach and ricotta cheese served with a cherry tomato sauce (V)

MAIN COURSE PLATTERS

• Costolette di Maiale
  Roman style pork rib with tomato and olives served on soft polenta
• Saltimbocca
  Prosciutto wrapped baked chicken breast finished with a sage basil mascarpone sauce. (GF)

SALADS

• Rocket, radicchio, pear dressed with apple balsamic with shaved parmesan

• Mixed lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber salad with oregano & red wine dressing
