Join James McPherson, Founder of JimmyRum, for a captivating 60minute session exploring the story behind JimmyRum — the inspiration, the journey, and the process of establishing Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery.
This engaging talk will be paired with a fully guided tasting of five JimmyRum expressions, showcasing the diversity and character of our craft:

• JimmyRum Spiced
• JimmyRum Coffee & Vanilla
Each pour will be approximately 15ml paired with matching food for an intimate rum and food experience, designed to highlight the unique qualities of each spirit and provide a memorable sensory experience.
