Teacher: Lou Thompson - Wednesday evenings 6.45-8.45pm.
This class requires one and a half years of previous study. It is open to students who completed our Beginners A1.7 course (with Lou) in term 3, 2025. New students should email us to enquire about availability before enrolling.
During fourth term students will study Unité 8 in the Inspire 1 course. Topics will include: tertiary study, work life, accommodation, rooms, furniture and weather. Grammar work will include: saying what you have just done, the difference between ‘connaître’ and ‘savoir’ which both mean ‘to know’, the pronoun ‘y’, comparing things and people.
The course covers the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
