Easter special: Baking with yeast

In my family, the Easter breakfast table is not complete without freshly baked yeasted breads. This is what you will experience in this class!
We will create a fabulous cinnamon twist, which can be the centre piece of your Easter table! We will also make small pastries filled with a light vanilla cream and berries and topped with butter crumble, as well as cute Easter bunnies. And, of course, some scrumptious hot cross buns!
While working with yeast is often perceived as tricky, I will show you that that is not really the case and provide you with lots of handy hints to ensure your baking at home will be a success too!
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to replicate the recipes at home. I keep the classes small (with a max of 6 participants), so there is plenty of opportunity for questions and conversations to maximise your learning experience.

COST and inclusions
$165 per particpant plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 - 4 1/2 hours. You take home one of each cake that you make, as well as the recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, cheese, vegies, fruit and bread) will be offered at the end of the class.
