You’re Invited: Aged Care Information Session at St Kilda LibraryThe City of Port Phillip, in partnership with the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA), warmly invites you to a free community information session all about upcoming improvements to the aged care system.
Whether you’re an older person, a family member, carer, or simply interested in learning more, this session is for you. Our friendly Community Connectors from the Aged, Access and Inclusion team will be there to guide you through the changes, answer your questions, and share helpful resources for you to take home.
Representatives from the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing will also be available to provide insights and support.
Join us for an informative and welcoming session designed to help you feel more confident about the future of aged care in our community.
