This is an online session.If your loved one has a decision making disability what are their options for planning ahead?
Our session will include:
• The principles of guardianship, administration and least restrictive alternatives.
• What are the future planning tools + are they appropriate for you and your adult child?
• Does an adult child with a decision-making disability need a guardian or administrator?
• The roles of the Office of the Public Advocate, the Public Trustee and the State Administrative Tribunal.
• When is it necessary to make an application to the State Administrative Tribunal?
• Plus opportunity to ask questions.
