The Highlands Wellbeing Forum brings together the collective good in our community, learning from wellbeing specialists and each other. 3 x sessions:Students - yr 5 to yr 12 - 2 - 3pm FREE. Brave + Safe – Talking Wellbeing Together: In this chat, students will learn how to speak up, listen deeply, and share their story in ways that feel safe. Brave conversations can strengthen friendships, solve problems, and spark real change.
Educators - 4 - 5pm FREE Brave + Safe – Leading Wellbeing Conversations: Equips teachers with practical strategies and confidence to lead safe, courageous conversations with students, balancing care with challenge, foster psychological safety & moments that build connection.
Parents/Carers/Other significant friends & family members - 5.30 - 7pm - $15 p/p: Brave + Safe – Fostering Hope Through Conversations at Home: listen openly & respond to worries in ways that build hope – guiding children toward healthy, positive ways forward in an unpredictable world.
