MaxiFit isn’t your average fitness class it’s a weekly boost of movement, energy and fun. Each session blends a mix of cardio, strength, pilates, pound, and boxercise, all with an MJDS twist. Expect games, challenges and a whole lot of laughter along the way!No two weeks are exactly the same, so it keeps things fresh and exciting with high-energy playlists, low-pressure, supportive vibes, options and modifications for every fitness level, team-based fun that keeps you moving and laughing and a space where you’re encouraged to show up as you are!
This is your time to focus on feeling good not just physically, but mentally and socially too.
