AMWF Event – Designing Minds

AMWF Event – Designing Minds

hero

Join us in South Melbourne on Thursday 30 October for an inspiring evening with psychologist and leadership coach, Kim Singline, and our line up of experienced practioners. Learn how organisations and their teams can be more engaged, productive, high-performing, connected and happy. Hear about how to measure culture, the role of leaders in designing culture and practical strategies that studios can implement for your people, business and culture. Relevant to everyone in practice – owner, director, manager and staff – we hope to see you there.

According to the 2025 ACA Pulse Check survey results, 'Many practices are prioritising wellbeing and seeking support – from wellbeing guides (48%), peer forums (40%) and leadership culture for wellbeing (27%).'

This AMWF event asks –

  • What next?
  • How can organisations and their teams be more engaged, productive, high-performing, connected and HAPPY?
  • What practical strategies can studios and workplaces implement?
  • How do we measure culture?
  • And importantly, what role do leaders play in intentionally designing culture, rather than leaving it to chance?

Hear from psychologist Kim Singline about designing workplace culture that supports psychological safety and enables your team to thrive. Following the presentation Kim will be joined Adrian Doohan from DesignInc Melbourne, Lynn Chew from Kirsten Thompson Architects, and Richard Bryant from Bryant Alsop Architects and ACA Vic/Tas), for a panel discussion chaired by Built Environment Channel (BEC) CEO, Sam Matheson.

This ACA Architects Mental Wellbeing Forum (AMWF) event is held in collaboration with ACA Knowledge Partner BEC and hosted by Loop Solutions.
