Safe to Sing is a 6-week container with musician, vocal coach, and Shaking Medicine practitioner Zoe Everest. This journey blends traditional vocal coaching with body-based practices designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and free your voice.You’ll discover how to relax your body and mind before singing, so opening up your voice feels natural, confident, and empowering.
Over six weeks, you’ll explore:
Vocal warm-ups and exercises to strengthen and protect your voice
Singing powerfully without strain and extending your range
Breathing techniques that support both singing and nervous system regulation
Somatic practices, gentle shaking, and tremoring to release stored tension and stress
Harmony, improvisation, and playful voice exercises
Managing stage nerves
Using your voice for self-expression, healing, and empowerment
