This one day meditation workshop is led by Graeme Hodges.“I' ve had a wide range of experience around the Yoga path over the past 50 years. From living in India for many years with a Himalayan guru noted for his meditation prowess, to training personally with BKS Iyengar and multiple other Hatha Yogis, to doing long meditation retreats in mountain monasteries, and myself teaching meditation and yoga workshops both in Australia & abroad, Yoga has been, and still is, an extraordinary experience for me“
In this workshop, I will condense many years of practicing meditation, in a variety of different traditions, into a presentation of meditation which is clear, testable and do-able, in day to day life.
The day will begin at 8 am with gentle exercise to prepare for breathing techniques, which open the body and essentially energize. After morning tea we will look at various meditation methodologies. To conclude the day Deniz will guide a Taoist healing meditation & a relaxing soundbath
