About
Join us for an inspiring afternoon with three vibrant female authors as they share their journeys behind their debut novels. Casey Nott is a Melbourne based author who crafts women-centric, contemporary fiction. Anne Freeman is an award winning author who writes contemporary fiction about women who are stuck in life and the extraordinary ways they shake themselves loose. Holly Cardamone's debut novel 'Summer, In Between' was the 2024 winner of the Hawkeye Publishing Manuscript Development Prize. Each writer brings to life unforgettable women characters who embody strength, resilience and courage. Together they will discuss how their individual women protagonists share the common trait of strength whilst exploring the themes of identity, heartache, sexism, loss and coming of age. This engaging conversation is a celebration of women's voices through storytelling and the incredible way that literature empowers us all.Date
