The Slow Festival: Eco Dyeing
            About
Eco dyeing is an ancient practice of colouring fabrics using pigments extracted from natural sources like plants, minerals, and insects, rather than synthetic chemicals. In this workshop, we take the sustainability one step further and teach you how to use kitchen scraps, such as onion skins, avocado pips and beetroot tops, as well as eucalyptus leaves to “print” onto fabrics and give old clothing a new life.BYO natural fibre garment for dyeing or choose from our supplies. Washed and dried garments to be collected after 3pm.
