We are thrilled to announce that we have confirmed a panel discussion with three remarkable artists - Jake Starr, Beverly Smith, and Nick Collerson. This exciting event is scheduled to take place on Saturday 1 November from 11 am to 12 pm.Jake Starr is the winner of the Gosford Art Prize Moving Image Art Award and is represented by Syrup Contemporary. Starr’s work spans new media, sculpture, film, and text to explore speculative post-human futures.
Beverly Smith is a Gosford Art Prize Highly Commended Award winner. Beverly's organic drawings reflect themes of Family, Identity, Culture, Country, and Aboriginal History.
Nick Collerson is a Gosford Art Prize Highly Commended Award winner and is represented by PALAS. Collerson’s paintings are a dance of symbolism, yet they defy adherence to any rigid structure or ideal.
