Volunteers

Pre-Purchased Items

All pre-purchased picnic hampers will be available for collection from 4.30pm - 6.00pm from the Café window of the Brooke Nicholas Pavilion. They will be labelled by booking name.

Any remaining picnic hampers will be available for purchase from the Café.

Wine and Beverages

There will be wine, beer, cider and soft drinks available for purchase. Please note; due to license constraints, any purchased alcoholic beverages should not be removed from the event space (the Patterson Oval). All rubbish can be left in the available bins around the oval.

Parking

Please note there will be very limited parking available along the Foundation Drive carpark and over-flow will be available at the Croydon Hills Baptist Church. If you park in the local streets, please be sure to take note of all applicable restrictions and remain courteous to our neighbours.

Please note: photos and videos will be taken at this event. If you prefer your familie's images is not used on the YVG socials or web pages, please contact development@yvg.vic.edu.au .
