Part III: A Practical Model for Schools

Talking about Tourette Syndrome in schools isn’t always straightforward. Teachers often wonder: How can we explain tics and associated behaviors clearly, respectfully, and based on evidence?

In this session, we’ll introduce a practical model for school awareness talks — covering what’s essential, what to avoid, and lessons learned from real-life experiences. You’ll gain strategies to foster empathy, understanding, and inclusion in the classroom.

We’ll also create space for sharing opinions and experiences with participants from different countries, giving everyone the opportunity to learn from each other and apply insights in their own schools.

Join us to learn, connect, and be part of positive change in education!
