Space to Breathe – A Yin Yoga, Breath & Sound Journey

As we move through the busy final months of the year, take time to clear space for yourself with this heart-opening workshop.We begin with pranayama — breath practices that expand the lungs, oxygenate the body, lift energy, and then gently settle the mind. From there, we move into yin yoga postures designed to release tension and create space in both body and heart.
The journey continues with live soundscapes of crystal bowls, didgeridoo, guitar, Native American flute, drum, and handpan — each note inviting you to soften, expand, and reconnect with the air element.
We close together with a simple group chant, uniting voice and breath to leave you grounded, light, and renewed.
