Celebrate the Melb Cup Long Weekend in Wine Country EleganceSpend your evening in relaxed luxury at Ava Dining, Milawa, with a special evening of exceptional food and Weathercraft wines.
Begin in the courtyard with seasonal canapés and a welcome tipple before settling in for a multi-course dinner curated by Head Chef Paul Szeligiewicz and Sous-Chef Brandon Poudel. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with our newest releases.
Plus, be among the first to experience the official launch of our 2024 Beechworth Chardonnay.
The evening concludes with a fine cheese course and an option to taste a preview of the 2022 One Acre Project Tempranillo (not yet released) or our One Acre Project Syrah, whilst the sun sets.
Winemaker Raquel Jones will host the evening, offering insights into each wine and answering your questions in a warm, intimate setting.
