Leading For the First TimeThis course invites you to discover and deepen your understanding of how you lead. Designed to help young people, 15 to 18 years old, step into leadership for the first time — building confidence, communication, and the ability to lead with purpose and respect. Through experiential learning, you’ll explore your unique strengths, patterns, and presence as a leader. You’ll gain insight into how your leadership influences others and learn how to lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and impact — creating the conditions for trust, alignment, and shared success.
2 hour Workshop: A fun, safe, and interactive program with horses and skilled facilitators.
Ground-Based Learning: No riding — all activities are on the ground and accessible to everyone.
This course is designed for Emerging Leaders who want to:
Young people who want to learn practical, real-world leadership skills.
Senior school students stepping into leadership roles for the first time.
