Step Into Your Leadership JourneyThis course is an invitation to discover how you lead — and how to do it with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Designed for young people aged 15 to 18, it helps you step into leadership for the first time by building strong communication skills, self-awareness, and the confidence to lead with respect.
Through hands-on, experiential learning (including time with horses). You’ll gain insight into how your leadership influences others and learn how to lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and impact — creating the conditions for trust, alignment, and shared success.
2 hour Workshop: A fun, safe, and interactive program with horses and skilled facilitators.
Ground-Based Learning: No riding — all activities are on the ground and accessible to everyone.
This course is designed for Emerging Leaders who want to:
Learn practical real-world leadership skills.
Senior school students stepping into leadership roles for the first time.
