The South Australian Children's Ballet is excited to announce auditions for gifted ballet students to join the cast of an original production premiering during the April 2026 school holidays. This is a unique opportunity for young dancers to showcase their skills and passion for ballet while being a part of a classic and enchanting production.Auditions will be open to youth dancers with a strong background in ballet, and the casting will involve various roles to accommodate different skill levels. The artistic team is looking for talented dancers aged 12 to 19 who can bring energy, expression, and precision to their performances.
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their technical proficiency through a series of ballet combinations and showcase their artistry in character roles as directed. The auditions will provide a platform for young dancers to explore the magic of storytelling through dance.
