- Map a small process, define inputs and outputs, and set up reliable hand-offs.
- Identify key risks and benefits of automation, including accuracy, privacy and oversight.
- Measure value with simple success criteria, so you can decide what to scale next.
As a take-away we will also provide the step-by-step instructions so you can repeat the process after the workshop.
