Sound & Spirit invite you to an evening of sound, stillness, and connection at the Wellness Centre Port Stephens, One Mile.As the year draws to a close, take time just for you — to pause, breathe, reconnect, and return to your natural rhythm.
Nestled in the rainforest, we gather outdoors beneath soft fairy lights for a deeply restorative sound journey — an immersive experience designed to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and open the heart.
Guided by Steph & Alex, this multi-layered experience weaves live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle guided meditation. As the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and earthy drums blend with the natural rhythm of the rainforest, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and renewal. 🌙🎶

Settle into the tranquil rainforest as dusk descends, unwind, and enjoy a light picnic while relaxing to a live music soundscape.
Immerse yourself in a 60-minute Sound Journey designed to restore balance, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner self and the natural world.
🌿 Who This Is For
This experience welcomes all levels of practice. It’s a quiet, meditative space suitable for ages 13+. (Please note: this event is a still, restorative environment and is not suitable for little ones.)

Mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort
🌙 What to Bring
Anything that enhances your comfort: extra layers, pillows, eye mask, water, journal, or a small picnic rug
Optional: a light picnic to enjoy as you arrive
