Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full body oil Hawaiian-style healing massage, facilitating healing, nurturing and restoration on many levels. This massage includes the whole back and front of the body (excluding genitals), supporting the body with a specific sequence of rhythmic and meditative strokes. This massage style uses the hands, meditative breathwork and focused intent.This massage course is a 3 - 4 day in person training. This training is suitable for all levels of massage experience, with no prior massage experience necessary.
