Gluten-free cakes
At our stalls at the Stirling and Uraidla Markets here in the Adelaide Hills, we used to offer a variety of gluten-free loaf cakes that were extremely popular. In this class, I would like to show you how you can make some of these cakes, all inspired by my German heritage and upbringing, yourself! In each class, we will be baking three different and delicious loaf cakes. And you wouldn't even know that they are gluten-free (that's the whole point!)!
The class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. We use utensils that are available in most home kitchens. I also keep the classes small (with a maximum of 6 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience.

COST
$160 per person plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 - 4 1/2 hours. You take home one of each cake that you make, as well as the recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, vegies, fruit and bread) will be offered at the end of the class.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please, contact Adelaide Hills Baking Classes BEFORE you finalise your booking. While many specific dietary needs can be addressed by adjusting recipes somewhat, this may not always be feasible and will not be possible on the day. A refund will not be available for a failure to communicate any specific dietary requirement(s) that may then lead to an inability to participate in the class.
