Hridayam School of Dance presents 'Nritya Ponmalai 2025' a golden evening of Bharatanatyam in aid of Momentum Mental Health. Bharatanatyam is an Indian Classical dance form known for its expressive, narrative style that often conveys deep spiritual ideologies. This year, 'Nritya Ponmalai' is adorned with graceful Bharatanatyam dances and features a dynamic dance drama, 'Shakthi Vel' dedicated to Lord Murugan.

Proceeds of this event will be donated to Momentum Mental Health, a not-for-profit charity dedicated to transforming the mental health and wellbeing of our community. It provides free, non-clinical one-on-one and group support to people across the mental health continuum - from those experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges to those seeking preventative wellbeing support. https://momentummentalhealth.com.au/
