Sound & Spirit invite you to an evening of sound, stillness, and connection at Rasa Lila Arts, Shortland.
As the year draws to a close, take this time to rest deeply and return to the heart — through sound, stillness, and gratitude. Together we’ll honour the year that was — its growth, lessons, and blessings — while gently opening to the intentions and possibilities of the year ahead.
Guided by Steph & Alex, this immersive experience weaves live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle guided meditation — creating a space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with loving awareness.
✨ What to Expect
Begin your evening with a cup of tea, enjoyed as Alex plays a live instrumental soundscape — an invitation to unwind, arrive fully, and settle into presence.
Then, be gently guided by Steph & Alex through a 60-minute Sound Meditation, blending crystal and tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, flute and other instruments — a journey designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and restore harmony within.
🌿 Who This Is For
All are welcome — this is a meditative space suitable for ages 12+.
(Please note: this event is not for little ones.)
🪷 What We Provide
Mat, pillow, blanket, and herbal tea for your comfort
🌙 What to Bring
Anything that enhances your comfort — extra layers, eye mask, water, a light picnic or journal for reflection
