Format:
60-minute Pre-workshop lecture, distributed online on 11/3/2026.
8am to 12pm on 25/3/26 - Half-day workshop including interactive lectures, role-play, and practical how-to demonstrations.
12pm to 1pm - Provided lunch and networking session. This will provide an opportunity for networking, discussion and questions.

Presenters:
Ms Sara Issak is a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist specializing in Neurological Rehabilitation, with over 15 years of experience working in both Melbourne and London. She currently practices at Epworth Healthcare, where she works across the outpatient neurological rehabilitation service and leads a dedicated clinic for individuals with Functional Neurological Disorder.
Sara holds a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation and is completing her PhD at the University of Melbourne, investigating the characteristics of gait disorders in people with FND. She has authored six peer-reviewed publications in this field and has presented her research at national and international conferences.
Driven by a passion for helping people regain movement and independence after illness or injury, Sara is committed to advancing both clinical practice and research in the FND field.
Dr Harvey Jones is Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist based in Melbourne, Australia. He currently works at Epworth Hospital in the FND and concussion clinics, and in private practice. Harvey has more than ten years of clinical experience, predominantly working in rehabilitation settings. He has a specific interest in the treatment of persistent neurological symptoms, particularly in the context of acquired brain injuries, concussion, functional neurological disorders, sleep changes, chronic headaches and chronic dizziness. He works collaboratively with his clients to develop practical strategies to improve their symptoms and achieve their goals.
Harvey is also passionate about providing education and supervision to other psychologists and allied health clinicians with similar interests. Harvey has run workshops and delivered presentations to a range of healthcare professionals, organisations and students across Australia in the areas of brain injury, persistent concussion symptoms and functional neurological disorders.
