TICKETS
Parents will be able to book a maximum of two tickets per family. Tickets will need to be booked by 4:00pm on Wednesday 3 December.

Students do not require a ticket.

Students sit in Class Groups (Primary) and Homeroom Groups (Secondary). 

PARKING & ENTRY

Parking will be available on the College playing fields with entry from John XXIII Avenue. Entry to the St Louis Sports Centre will be through the doors adjacent to the playing fields. 

STUDENT ARRIVAL TIME
Students are to meet in the following locations:

Mary Ward Secondary: 2026 SRC

GBLT: Perfomers 

Performing Arts Centre: Award winners Years 7 to 12
Pavilion: Campion, Koolyangarra and Loreto
Chapel Lawn: Loyola, St Louis and Ward

All Year 6 students meet in the Year 6 classrooms

 

Students who are attending as members of the audience are to wear their summer uniform, whilst all award winners are required to wear the formal winter uniform, including blazer, shirt, tie and tights for girls. Other College requirements regarding grooming are to be adhered to.
