Welcome to The Speech Pathway: Speak your Self CourseThe Speech Pathway: Speak your Self is a 31 day online course, aiming to raise awareness around your body, breath, speech and Self. The course is not designed to be prescriptive, rather an exploratory dive into our self and how we communicate.
Each day for 31 days, you will receive an email with a short video with a daily prompt and some questions.
Today there is a video about what to expect in the course. It is also designed to be done with only a short amount of time, or an intense deep dive. All videos are around a minute. The aim is to keep it light, short and inquisitive.
