Our half-day clinic is packed with sprints, technique drills, agility challenges, fun games, and sport-specific speed activities. Perfect for young athletes looking to boost their speed, coordination, and confidence on the track and field.
What to bring:
- Morning tea
- Water bottle

- Sunscreen
What to wear:
- Comfortable active wear
- Running shoes (you are welcome to bring track spikes however running shoes are essential)
